Thomas
Boyon

I build logistics software by day, and games by night.

Freelance full stack developer in Toulon, France, currently working with Logfret.

The games

Six games designed and produced solo, from the first idea to the store page, with Claude Code writing the code. Two of them can be tried right here.

On the workbench

Still in development, coming soon.

  • Expédition

A three-quarter-view action-adventure inspired by Tomb Raider, Uncharted and Zelda: grapple, bow, torch and puzzles through a jungle temple, a sunken tomb and a city under the glacier.

    Action-adventure, Unity 6

  • Plume

A 3D platforming adventure: run, climb, glide and collect feathers to reach ever higher.

    3D platformer, Unity 6

The apps

Apps I came up with and saw through end to end, from the name to the launch site, with AI as a copilot.

Who I am

I’m Thomas, a freelance full stack developer based in Toulon, France. Since 2020 I have been building web and mobile apps for logistics: EDI exchanges between carriers, warehouses, delivery rounds. Right now I work with Logfret and Sealogis.

On the side, I make my own games and apps. I take them from A to Z: idea, game design, art direction, testing, store pages and release. For the code, I work with Claude Code. That is what lets me ship complete products on my own, and keep a close eye on how AI is changing our craft.

Since 2020 I have been building the software that keeps goods moving: EDI flows, warehouses, delivery rounds, field apps.

  1. Logfret

Freelance full stack developer, freight forwarding and logistics

    2026, ongoing

A complete logistics platform: customer site, back office and backend. I work on 3PL order flows end to end: receiving partner EDI files, syncing with the warehouse, generating dispatch advices and collecting proofs of delivery.

  2. Sealogis

Backend and microservices, transport and logistics

    Since 2022

A distributed NestJS backend ecosystem with hexagonal architecture and about ten microservices talking over TCP: database, SFTP, EDI, order processing. I build business modules and pipelines that fetch, transform and forward files between clients and carriers.

    The whole ecosystem, last-mile delivery

    2020 to 2023
